The Tekanda Foundation currently provides a range of educational, recreational, and vocational courses, as well as community clubs, to over 400 students originating from 30 rural villages in the Southern Province.

The Team

In 2023, the Tekanda Foundation was established by Trustees Richard and Charlie Pembroke. The Foundation is led on a day to day basis by a highly experienced local management team supported by hand-picked teachers, coaches and program leaders from across the region. The Foundation of Goodness, our Sri Lankan partner charity, provide invaluable ongoing expertise and guidance.
